The classrooms in the Clube do Bibe kindergarten can accommodate up to 100 children and are divided as follows:
• Four classrooms for children aged 3-6 years
Each with room for 25 children.
In addition to the outdoor playground space, all classrooms have their own outdoor space so that children can remain outside in freedom and safety for as long as possible.
Our educational and pedagogical project is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and is based on a reflective educational practice inspired by participatory approaches.
We advocate a way of being with and for children that understands the child as a competent and capable being, but above all as a unique individual with rights.
It is within this perspective that the richness of the projects carried out by and with children can be found, where questioning and reflection feed the thoroughness of the scientific education and research process. An open door to flexibility and the ability to move towards the principle of the construction of knowledge.
We strive to allow all our children to show their infinite ways of thinking about the world, migrating once and for all, from a transmissive education to an inquisitive education.
In honest partnership with the children, we seek the meaning of childhood, the meaning of individual life and the essence of each individual who inhabits our educational space, through the creation of an enabling environment for research and life experiences.
Each child’s attendance at the Clube do Bibe includes the following services/products:
• Hygiene products
• Bed linen for rest time
